FOUNDER & TRAINER

ROB TAYLOR

My name is Robert Taylor and from Oakland, Ca currently residing in Los Angeles. I am an athlete and have been in sports for over 20 years. I received a scholarship and graduated from Washington State University, where I started and played safety and kick returner.

I've been playing football my whole life and worked with some of the best trainers in the world. The trainers I have learned from have worked with some of the best football players in the NFL. My experience and knowledge from working with these guys are why I've been able to become a successful trainer.

Training with Rob changed more than my body, it strengthened my mind and my confidence . I always struggled with being tiny and never thought gaining weight or muscle was possible, but he pushed me past limits I didnt think I could reach and held me accountable. There were many days where i wanted to just give up but he wouldnt let me . Not only did he keep me locked in with my workouts, but he made sure i stayed on top of my supplements, and nutrition outside the gym. Forever grateful for the accountability, motivation, and belief. Rob was the first trainer I worked with and the absolute best! He was always professional, encouraging, and he was truly invested in helping me reach my fitness goals.
